This is my 2D Shooter project from Coursera. I made the following changes to the base tutorial:

  • Finished Instructions page
  • Added Xbox controller support (Windows install only)
  • Created a complete interesting, comprehensive, and coherent level (updated and finished level 1 and 2)
  • Added multiple additional levels and tied them in to create a logical progression to the game (level 3 and 4)
  • Created new enemies based on provided assets
  • Modified the in-game GUI
    • Added enemies remaining count
    • Added lives left
